Him does not like to let anything get throwed out that might be used for something...so when we were visiting one of our friends a month or so ago he spotted this little jewel sitting out by a curb waiting to be reclaimed/recycled/repurposed/reused. Froze up gearing and missing the sprinkler wands it begged to become a water feature.
