Our good friend and camping buddy stopped by yesterday to show his newest acquisition of a Randall Knife. When asked if this was his special order blade we heard that was not expected until 2014. That said these are some of the finest knives made on the planet. This is a carbon steel with a stacked leather handle. Him said "Let's get a pic of this before the steel acquires its patina.
Randall knife construction. "The only thing that would make this shot better" our buddy said, "would be if it had a revolver in it." Him thinks there is still a bit too much reflection on the blade but not bad for a quick shot.
